Shipping + Return Policies
US orders will ship for a standard rate of $5. Anything over $75 will get free shipping with their order. Please allow 1-3 days for processing times. We do not ship on the weekends/holidays.
Returns and Exchanges:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Anything after 14 days will be issued a store credit via email.
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Email us via our contact form located below or on the contact us page to request a return authorization.
- All items must be returned unused, unsoiled, undamaged, unworn and original tags still attached. Gifts / products must be returned in their original box. If these requirements are not met, your return items will be denied and returned back to you at your cost.
- We will then send you a pre-paid return label via email.
- Once the item is received and accepted, a refund less the cost of original and return shipping will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For exchanges only, we will cover the cost of the pre-paid return label. (See Exchanges below)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods, no exceptions.
Exceptions / Non-exchangeable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on clearance, final sale items or gift cards. All clearance and final sale items are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new items and return the items you have following our return policy above. For exchanges only, we will cover the cost of the pre-paid return label. Once the return is accepted, you will be issued your refund for the original items. Inventory is not guaranteed.
